Shipping/Return Policies

Shipping Policy

  1. Tuesday Morning can fulfill purchases for delivery only in the United States. At this time, International and U.S. Territory shipping is not available. This includes Canada, Puerto Rico, and any destination outside the United States.
  2. We ship most orders in 3 business days. Some items require a longer shipping time due to handling and processing. Most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days from the day they are shipped.
  3. Orders with overnight shipping selected will be processed and shipped within one business day.
  4. Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please note, this may take extra delivery time. Check the item description for estimated delivery time.
  5. If there are any unforeseen delays in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.
  6. Based upon your zip code, several shipping options may be available.
  7. Items cannot be shipped to a PO Box, so please provide a physical shipping address.
  8. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your purchase based on your total purchase.


Internet Purchase Return Policy

Tuesday Morning values your business and we thank you for being an online customer. We're happy to assist you to make returns easy. Please review our Return Policy and then follow the return directions below.

Returns by Mail

Certain products purchased from Tuesday Morning Online can not be returned to the Tuesday Morning stores and must be returned by mail.  These exceptions will be clearly marked on the packing slip and the return address will be included.

All goods returned by mail must be accompanied by a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number issued by Tuesday Morning Customer Service.  Please call toll free at 1-800-457-0099 8 am - 6 pm CST Monday through Friday for an RMA number. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, the customer pays return freight.

Shipping Return Directions

  • Return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier of your choice.
  • Locate and include your packing receipt with the return merchandise. We suggest that you make a copy and save it for your records.
  • Circle the appropriate reason for return on the lower left hand corner of the packing receipt for each item you are returning.
  • Securely re-pack the return merchandise, all accessories and tags that were shipped with the item(s) in the manufacturer's packaging and then in an appropriately sized shipping box. Please use the original shipping box when possible.
  • Please mark the outside of the package with your RMA number issued by Tuesday Morning Customer Service.
  • We strongly suggest you use FEDEX or UPS to return your merchandise, and for your protection we also recommend you insure the package against loss. Request a delivery confirmation and save your shipping receipt and tracking number until you receive your refund. We are sorry; we do not accept COD returns of any kind.
  • If no return address is indicated on the packing slip or you do not have the original packing slip, please return online purchases to:

We will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card originally used to place the order. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. Gift purchases returned to the Tuesday Morning store may be issuesd a store credit.
